The third party provider has identified a fix and are working on rolling it out now. They estimate this will take one hour.

Update
We are continuing to work with the downstream provider on this issue, and will update once we have more information. The current impact to customers would be an error in the checkout when attempting to select a bank.

The issue has been identified as an outage with a downstream third party provider. We are in contact with the provider and will update as soon as we have more information.
